Café Canal is a coffee roasting company recently created by three coffee connoisseurs. Proudly roasting in Montreal, along the Lachine Canal, the owners were inspired by the historical port and canal aspects of Montreal.

I wanted to pay homage to the Naval aesthetics of the 19th and 20th century, by focusing my designs around boats. Their accentuated perspectives, round typefaces, and color palette can be found in the aesthetics of Canal.
