Mingus Software helps hoteliers optimize their everyday operations. With this housekeeping app, I’ve been requested to help speed up and simplify housekeeping tasks. My work includes UX and UI, creation of semi-structured interviews for housekeepers, design and realization of prototypes, user tests, validation of a user path and final design.
